National brand and category leader Buddig commissioned Tamarack Consulting Group, Llc. to conduct an organizational assessment. The work included; interviewing company executives and heads of major departments, business planning assessment, research harvest, consumer promotions, cause marketing review, packaging audit, and more.

The final deliverable, a 107 page business review with recommendations was accepted and presented to their board and executive committee without change.
