PROJECT OVERVIEW

In response to COVID-19, a California based medical supply salesman approached i3 Marketing about a fast growing personal protection equipment (PPE) product. Unable to expand any further on their own, they reached to TCG to independently lead their plan to penetrate the consumer market beyond the west coast.

Upon overcoming existing manufacturing capacity and fulfillment constraints, within two-weeks Affordable FaceShields was launched. Within six months, Affordable FaceShields exceeded annual volume and profit goals by a factor of 4 and 6 respectively.
